Does not open, cannot register my bill, worst app ever. Why publish it when it does not work? Just finding ways to spend.

Useless app from a government entity, no surprise there! Yep - as you would expect from a corrupted country a simple app of its electricity provider does not work, whenever I try to register it asks me to enter a valid customer number! And probably took 1 Crore Taka to develop this app lol
Ok but more effort needed to make it more effective
It show the daily monthly use only Payment should be accepted throw any card without any charges Bill should be explain separated including vat tax Cant log with android app yet
How to get OTP
Can some help or guide the process to get the OTP during registration?

OTP doesn’t come while registering. DPDC Help Centre a useless one. Instead of accepting that OTP doesn’t come they argue with customer saying ‘no no OTP had gone. You try again’! Total use less!
