Honestly if my phone wasn’t eSIM only or if there were other eSIM only options in Singapore, I’m not sure I’d use Circles. It’s okay. When it’s working, it’s fine. But I encounter some trouble spots: AMK3 (where I work), Bugis/Lavender on MRT, to name a couple. Rarely saw 5G connection when I was paying for it. Are all telecom the same in this regard? Maybe 🤷🏿♂️. Had my fair share of trouble with Singtel too when I used physical SIM, so maybe it’s just normal.

Impossible to navigate cleanly. Constantly getting stuck on pages and unable to go back without closing and rebooting the app. Impossible to find account details such as unsubscribing from travel eSIM subs. It’s almost like it’s designed to make you fail. Will likely be the last time I use their eSIM for travel. UPDATE: For whatever reason, the travel page wasn’t displaying my info earlier with my sub details, but it seems to be there now. No longer as rubbish on that end. Promoting to 3 stars.

Unable to use for prefixes other than Singapor
After trying many ways, I still can not log on with my Australian number since the app only knows 065 prefix! So no access to my sim and plan data. That is frustrating
