This app seamlessly extends our Brivo access control and video surveillance platform to a smartphone, integrating door control and credential management with live and recorded video in a user-friendly application. Administrators can manage building security on the go, providing peace of mind, operational flexibility and ease of use. Just download the app and sign in with your Brivo credentials. Administrators can then: * View live video * Review events with recorded video * Monitor activity logs of multiple sites * Unlock doors remotely * Suspend or reinstate user credentials * Create new users and assign them Brivo Mobile Passes * Take pictures of users that automatically upload to Brivo The Brivo Access mobile application for iOS requires an active subscription to Brivo Access. To activate mobile video surveillance, an active video subscription with a compatible platform is also required.
Poor performance
Signs me out constantly even though I’ve selected the option to keep me signed in. App won’t refresh on its own and I have to constantly close it out and reopen the app to get it to refresh.

While the app inherently does what is required, it is horribly designed with regard to its User Interface. As of this writing (July ‘23), having multiple sites, you must swipe through every site to get to a site that is alphabetically later in the series. If that weren’t bad enough, every time you reopen the app, you start at the beginning of the series alphabetically. Being able to scroll through a list of sites FIRST, then selecting the site revealing it’s access points and events would resolve both issues while being a much more user friendly interface. Presently, the UI alone makes it a 1 star app.

I upgraded our offices from Doorbird. This app does not send alerts to your apple watch. So if you don’t have your phone on you, you don’t know someone is at the door.

Takes forever to sign in and sometimes won’t sign in, plus it’ll kick you out of it, so then it takes forever again to sign back in. Inconvenient

The app is ok to see events or manage a user but there’s no ability to change or view a group’s schedule. The Lockdown menu item is there but it’s not functional. I hope the app gets improved!

Customer service is terrible, they keep hanging up on me while I’m on hold, wasted hours and hours trying to set up my site. Never going to use brivo again. Waste of time and money.

Even though I am clicking the save login button at the login screen every time I close the app and reopen it prompts me for the credentials and again. Incredibly frustrating and unbelievable they haven’t fix this bug.
