Why is this app so bad?
I spent a few thousand on a ADT NVR system only for this app to work for 30 minutes.

Paid almost 10k for this and the app is horrible. I returned the v8 whole thing. If your reading this before the guy finishes setting up cancel now and save the hassle of refunding it. I’m serious telll them you changed your mind and go buy a camera setup from Costco for under 1k that will do the same and better. You just have to have to time to set it up but it will save you over 5 grand. So think about it

I seriously regret using this system with my camera set up. Several thousand dollars down the drain when I’m lucky to access my cameras once a week, if that. I try multiple times a day when I know I have people at the house whether it’s the dog walker or yard guys but, as I said, I can never get the cameras to load in the app. I can see this is not a new issue from all of the previous comments. PLEASE FIX THIS

We have tried to call the company that put up our cameras but they have not returned our call. The app no longer will connect. Is they something going on with app or do you no longer support this app.
