Terrible
Buses don’t show up on time. Totally unreliable.
Iffy
The app sometimes glitches and gives me the wrong bus time, or doesn’t give me the correct routes. It’ll tell me the bus stop it’s dropping me off is a 1 minute walk from my destination but in reality it’s a 20-30 minute walk. Other than that it’s easy to use
GTA Transist
I don’t appreciate money that is not owed for a ride takin from my account. Why do you use UMO if you’re not responsible for it with your customers?? I received a transfer through UMO but when the bus were back after there break I was charged a whole ride fee, my transfer had expired, but it wasn’t my fault the break is from 7:30-8:30 but I got on the first bus at 7:10pm. Customer service sent me to the supervisor and she wanted to send me back to them. WTH
Weekend fare
Great app. My only problem is. Here in Baton Toihe weekend day passes are only $2. However on the app it makes you pay the normal $4 for a day pass on the weekend. It’s robbery.
#19 bus 5430 lady
#19 bus 5430 lady is rude and the app times are off
Pathetic App
Habitual of missing buses everyday due to wrong time update of this app. Whenever I walks out of home 40% of the time I see the bus from behind because of delay in updates on this App.
Poor app, locked in
No Wallet integration, can’t fund with Apple Pay (which means you have to re-type your card information several times after the charge fails and returns you with no error message to the payment screen—is that the fault of the local transit agency, too?), terrible password rules (no, these don’t make the app more secure, but less—doesn’t allow several special characters and doesn’t tell you what they are, so despite the screen saying your password conforms to the rules it is repeatedly rejected until you figure out what the problem is; this also means it doesn’t work with legit password managers that DO generate secure passwords) and doesn’t integrate with iPhone password management… but you’re stuck with it because your transit agency didn’t pick a better app developer! So it probably won’t get any better.
Thanks for riding with Umo! We've made some updates which includes bug fixes, improved performance and stability.
