Inaccurate times
Each “minute” it says until the bus arrives is at least three minutes. It gets even worse the more time it has.

This app is always crashing. It’s unreliable. I work for Delta Air Lines at LaGuardia Airport and always wanna give me the routes for JFK airport. Lately it hasn’t even been reading the GPS on the buses to let us know where the bus is at.

This app never works. Busses are never tracked, the schedule is incorrect. The amount of times I’ve gotten on the wrong bus is infuriating. Sadly it’s never worth waiting for.

The app has gotten nicer and less buggy. More features were added it now shows three bus times instead of one. But the app is still a little buggy. Occasionally it still does get buggy. As a result I decided to change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star.

Smarter Search bar added, fixed offline work with routes, reduced 4G traffic on retries, reworked Route selection logic, made few improvements under the hood. New Chips with your Favorites appeared, along with new bottom Tabbar for faster access. Stop search and zoom animation improved. And now you can send app feedback or a suggestion right to the Dev Team!
