Thai Airways I am still waiting for my refund of 2 business class tickets totalling more than 300,000 THB. Still no refund after 1 year which is absolute nonsense! Every time I call customer service they tell me the same response to keep waiting. I am starting to believe this company is in BIG financial trouble! Please give me my refund ASAP! More than 1 year of waiting is unacceptable!!!!
