The app doesn’t allow you to have “free parking” without first taking $15 from you. So any sign you see requiring this app is going to charge you. I Ok maybe you have a balance on the app forever but you cannot get that refunding so you have paid $15 to get the app which is required to get the parking spot “free”.

Make sure you don’t use this company. They will try to get your money in every kind of way, I missed a number on my license plate and they charged me $50 for that. What a horrible business you run, shame on you.
