Need to Offer Refunds//Ability to Edit Current Sessions
I’ve used this service on and off for a few years. Unfortunately, yesterday I made the very human mistake of starting a parking session with the wrong vehicle selected (I accidentally selected my partner’s vehicle and not the one I was driving).Thankfully, I immediately noticed. It was disappointing to see that I could not edit the session to change the vehicle. I called customer service to see if they could cancel the session and submit a refund, so I could then start a new session with the correct vehicle. While the rep was polite, she reported that there is no way to give a refund. I took the chance on getting a parking ticket since I’d rather give parking enforcement my money than Flowbird. accidents happen - how hard is it to add a feature to edit the license plate number after you’ve started your session.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the app, but every time i open it it needs to like auto relogin for whatever reason and that’s a good minute or so, really unoptimized experience and whenever you take a screenshot or leave the app (in multi use mode) the app screen blacks out, why??. can’t save a payment prior to a payment is ridiculous and no apple pay option? really cmon!!!! fix the app issues already please

Over charged and can’t get a refund
The app wouldn’t work one day and I kept trying to get it to process. I ended up checking my bank account several days later to find out I was charged over 10 times. I called Flowbird and they said I would need to contact either the city or the university for a refund because they are just a middle man. Thanks for nothing!
REVIEW YOUR CHARGES. Very clunky and glitchy, inferior app.
Most likely this app won’t let you engage the spot or area you are parking at. Almost certainly will not accept your payment method. When it does, it will charge you 3, 4, or more times in a row. I have never only been charged one time for one parking. Always charged multiple times. If you contact flowbird they will tell you sorry, we don’t issue refunds for errors on the app. It’s less about the $30 they have stolen from me over time and more about the principal of them being unwilling to fix it.
Won’t save my payment info
Every single time I use the app I have to re-enter my payment info. It is so frustrating and doesn’t save me time. I always click to save and make it the default payment and it never works. Please fix this!
Multiple charges and still didn’t work
The only reason I used this app was because it was the only public parking app offered in the area. The first time I attempted to use it it charged my card but then said it could not complete my request and to try again later. I tried 3 more times thinking it surely would not completely charge my card and must be an internet issue. All 4 times the app did not work so I ended up using the meter. The next day I saw all 4 pending charges in my bank account even though I never received the parking service through the app because it never loaded, and all 4 charges went through. How can this app take your money before even confirming service? If there are any other parking apps or meters offered in the area, use those instead of this app to avoid the headache.
