Installing poor
I just installed the app and, hopefully, it will work when I get to Europe. Installing it was terrible. I hope I didn’t start the clock on my plan yet. I don’t really know. I guess we’ll see.
The very worst app I’ve ever used
When you can’t sign in because they can’t provide the actual service you are purchasing from them, the business deserves not only to lose money, but to put out of business.
Mad as heck
Paid for the e sim. Cannot register or do anything. Now I’m out my money and will have to buy another from some other vendor. Wondering how this app has such good reviews
Does not work at ALL
Bought an eSIM online. Did not work and I got a text that I was out of balance despite buying an unlimited plan. I added €5 to try if that would work. It nearly immediately told me that I was below €3 and to recharge and then went down to 0. But I had an unlimited plan. Customer service does not respond.
Paid for data but can’t activate.
I paid for data plan in Italy, try to activate but it didn’t work. Contact their customer service and after a several emails back and forth they said they refund me money but it will take 10 to 15 business days to process. It’s ridiculous, why takes that long to get a refund, will see if I ever get a refund from them . Don’t waiste your time to buy a data plan with them, specially when you traveling and don’t have time to deal with this problem.

Useless app, terrible service
As others have mentioned, the app will not tell you anything about your current usage. Also, as others have mentioned, the service is awful. It was complicated to set up, and I have had a problem when an incoming call from Ireland used up all my non-Europe minutes. My plan was supposed to have free usage within Europe, where I am. Ireland is also considered one of the European countries where this plan is valid. So I asked customer service, and I’ve had two days of email back-and-forth, mostly on my end. They are not giving a straight answer why Ireland is eating up all my non-Europe minutes. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking down on my 14 day validity, with a phone I can’t use to dial outside of Europe. And even if I did speak French, there’s no way to call them. You get to speak to a robot. And the robot obviously doesn’t answer your question.
