Add-ons do not work
Was able to activate and use my initial eSIM and attempted to add more data to that SIM. The add on did not work correctly and left me without service and without a way to remedy the situation while I was in a foreign country. I ended up having to download and activate a second eSIM. I reached out to support about this and they just told me that I used the entire 1GB of data in 10 minutes while I was home and connected to wifi. This is incorrect.

Supposedly due to a system update on their end, my plan was affected and data couldnt be added on. They told me to just buy a new plan. I bought this plan for someone else to use, where it is difficult to get in touch with them so this was a huge inconvenience. Won’t be a repeat customer for such an unreliable service.

All I can say is that I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this app. My wife and I have used both the Asian and European eSIM offered by Nomad and it has worked brilliantly, and is quite affordable relative to most other options. Furthermore, the user interface is easier than some and their instructions for use are clear and easy to follow. Best of all, their customer support has been almost immediate, to the point and effective.
