Confused.
A few weeks ago the website said they were replacing transponders with stickers for the windshield. Now I’m looking at it because I was going to go to the tollway office to get the stickers. Now the website says nothing about that. I live in TX. Because I spent most of my life living in IL and my family is in IL I use the Ipass. I’m in IL now. I want to get it taken care of while I’m here. I’ve been under the impression that the transponder will just stop working

Since changing over from the transponder to the sticker I have received 2 open funds notices. It has been from the same location at 390 Lake Street, the other locations Mitchel Bvd and Plum Grove recorded and were payed with no issues. The problem is either with the sticker or the reading system. I never had an issue with the transponder.

Every time I try to log in it take me straight to create new account. I put my info in and it says I already have an account and if I want to proceed. I press yes, then I have to put all my transponder information in. Smh it’s already on my window. I really hope they fix this problem smdh!!!
