Bad pick up at ATH
We had 2X pick up failure because the app does not say where to be picked up at ATH and there is not a clear sign. Messaging with the driver was in Greek so we couldn’t work it out. One failure had no location at all. The other showed the driver needed to loop around but I think the driver was waiting for me. Two other trips worked okay.

Was trying to use it on Athens airport. Took me like 30-40 min and five attempts to get the driver (since app is showing 2-3 min all the time). I was trying to save some money - app showed max 46 eur. The result was 57

United StatesScammed by driver to pay twice
Took a cab in Berlin to airport and driver asked me to pay cash as soon as I got in the car. Upon arriving I paid in cash including tip, and shortly thereafter I receive a notification that my card has also been charged. FREENOW has not responded to my request for help after 5 days despite promising a response in 72 hours. I will chargeback if needed but very angry that I have to go through the hassle of getting a new debit card due to this scammer.
