La app de Avianca no funciona para descargar el pase de abordar y Avianca le cobra a uno por imprimirle el pase en el aeropuerto. Esta es la nueva forma de estafar al usuario. Señores ustedes tienen en sus manos el turismo de Colombia y con esta clase de experiencias será difícil confiar .

If you use the app as a guest, search for a flight with name/PNR, and then deny calendar access, the app crashes and will not open again without immediately crashing. This is a critical issue and makes the app unusable, so I can’t give it more than one star. The only way around this appears to be either to give full calendar access, or to not add any trips by PNR. The app is also quite slow at several points. For example in the initial welcome tutorial, you can’t click on the continue button for a few seconds. Same for selecting a destination airport while searching for flights (since you can’t use the PNR). Seems like they’re still working out kinks here.

This app is not working. Completely useless an interface that doesn’t work on iPhone. What is the point of having an app… this should be frustration free but it’s not the case with this app i don’t recommend it don’t waste your time

It’s easy to use and find your flights. Only issue is if they can fix the load times on the app, sometimes it takes awhile to load.

It is pretty annoying that the log in feature doesn’t work. There seems to be a glitch, as when I go to try and log in to my Lifemiles the screen goes blank. Pretty first rating that one can’t log into their acct in an app and the only way to log in is through the web browser.
