App Doesn’t Work
Nothing loads.
No way to even look up a reservation
The app must have only been tested on new phones. On an older phone like an iPhone SE reservation look up button can’t even be found and there’s no way to scroll to it so the app is completely useless
Can’t use Google account to log in
I created my account on the website using my Google login. But the app doesn’t make that an option on iPhones. So I’m stuck.

I feel like 2 stars is a fair review because as far as it showing my flight as well as being able to check in— it works great! When it comes to changing seat selections… adjust bags… any sort of changes that need to be made just send me to a blank screen. Bummer! I want to be prepared and make it as easy for myself and the people in the airport by being prepared but it’s difficult to do when I’m getting a blank screen. Please update to fix! Thank you.
Can’t login on app rendering it worthless
On the website you can create an account using your Google, Facebook or Microsoft logins. On the app, you only have options for Facebook and Microsoft. Therefore, if you set up your account on a desktop using Google, you are screwed and the app is worthless. Might be time to update your systems to 2007 levels of integration.
A bit awkward
Signing in is not easy. Always have to type in my password unlike other airline apps.
Not there yet
I haven’t used this app a lot but it’s clearly inferior for login. It’s expecting users to remember which id/email as well as the password. No options for faceid and it doesn’t tie into the password manager. I had to manually add id/password to the psd manager and then it’s still a bit clunky. On the positive side I was able to find, book, and pay for a flight pretty easily. Of course the added fees for a seat and carryon are ridiculous. New Haven is convenient but Breeze (Hartford) is slightly less ridiculous; flies more often and I can park for $7 a day. Nothing in this last paragraph is the fault of the app!
