App is awful
App is awful, so is website. Put all reservation info in, put in credit card and it says something about payment amount “mismatches” balance due. Duh, there’s one number there, it’s how much the ticket costs. I am a mathematician … you can’t have a mismatch or even “mismatches” as the pop up said, when you have just one value. Then there’s no one to call. An hour later you get a text from a bot that’s useless. I hope the pilots and maintenance crews are better than the IT crew. Really bad first experience with this airline.

Their app cannot find the flight that I booked. I have entered the correct booking reference number at least four or five times in a row now, and it is not pulling up my flight. I can go to their website and pull up my flight with that booking reference number, so this is a problem with the app.

This app does not allow for round trip designations. Whenever you pick round trip the date you select to leave is the same that is auto selected as return date????

I’m so glad to see new laws coming out that allows customers to be reimbursed for airline sloppy errors. I’ve flown breeze 6 times now and although all flights had new aircraft, not one plane had functioning WiFi. The application hasn’t worked well for me. I’m not sure why it has such high ratings, but maybe they are rating their flights. The flight from Ogden to Orange County was a complete fiasco at Ogden Airport!

I have flown Breeze from Huntsville to Vegas on a number of occasions now to visit family. I have had on one hiccup with a flight being cancel but that was early on when they were just starting out. Since then it has been an extremely good experience.
