Supposed to have updated the app for us in iowa on the 16th. It’s the 17th of December and it goes to a under construction page when you click on the app. Terrible company and app! And dummy me just funded the account due to being offered a bonus. Won’t be using these guys again

Very laggy. Almost impossible to bet in game unless game is on a break, even then app freezes and has to be shut down. Not sure if update will make more intuitive but DraftKings app is million times easier to use.

United StatesGets stuck on “locating” with bets
Aside from the poor UI of this app, it conveniently gets stuck with the “locating” message. This happens regardless of your connection (WiFi/cellular) and seems to frequently happen with live betting. Doesn’t seem fair as the lines frequently change as you close out the app and find your bet again in this cumbersome UI.

It only works when it wants. Customer service is a joke. You can make a bet and then it’ll disappear when trying to finalize. They want you to lose. F this app!
