I am a gambling streamer. I like Caesar’s palace but their customer service is as bad as it gets. Never return phone calls or emails, never have a solution to an issue. It is a waste of time to reach out and if you play this platform with the amount of glitches or errors it has, you eventually will have to reach out. I do not recommend.

No keno games! Website on pc keeps saying I have verify my location with a pop up window. You have 7 days to do a 45X turnover on the 100% match promotion. I put a grand in to get the full bonus amount, I didn’t read the fine print and seen that I had to bet $90,000 in order to withdraw or lose my bonus+ any money won. That is ridiculous! Draft kings and MGM are much better apps, especially if you live near other states. I live 10 miles from Pennsylvania, and I could not use the app to bet whenever I was there, even though it is legal to bet in PA. I didn’t have that issue with other online casinos. As soon as I could, I withdrew my money minus $100, even though I was up $4500 2 days ago, but I’m forced to keep betting! when my money clears, I am deleting my account.

The app itself is pretty decent. However, with the new update the favorites aren’t listed in a separate tab. They are all in a horizontal line which makes it hard to scroll through and most times you end up unfavoriting them by accident. Have the favorites in its own tab was so much better, unless I am missing something ?!

Received an email for a welcome bonus. Said deposit match up to $1000 with no terms or conditions stated. Found out after the fact that there is an insane wager requirement of $30,000 so basically just lit my own $1000 on fire because that is not a reasonable requirement. This company false advertised without showing any wager requirement. I feel like I was robbed for $1000. They are missing out on a big gambler and I will gladly keep my betting with DraftKings.

Deposited $20, didn’t realize a deposit bonus was on til AFTER the fact, so I couldn’t withdraw my winnings. I was up but since I was forced to play until I met the wagering limit, I lost. Decided to redeposit. It was at this point I realized that the slots on this site has one of the worst RTP rates I’ve ever seen. Stay far away from this app. Wish I could get my time and money back that I wasted
