Refused to pay out winning bet
Spoke to customer support and they said the parlay didn’t hit. I posted screenshots, the bet id, and linked the box score from the game in question showing irrefutable proof the legs hit. All support could do is tell me it lost. Comically, the app even marked both legs as winning. And yet it marked the overall bet as lost. The funniest part is it was only a couple bucks that would’ve been the payout and I would’ve been happy just to get my bet back, not even worried about the winnings. The fact that they refused to do this was enough for me to withdraw and close my account. Imagine how crooked a company has to be to lose a customer over a $1 bet they refused to pay out. FanDuel or DraftKings are both a million times better.

I read a review left 1 yr ago. Stating that the app constantly resets (crashes) when placing a bet. Till this day the app still resets while trying to place a bet. The lack of no improvements over a year tells you that the organization doesn’t care. For me there are several other sports betting apps that are far superior then this one. My favorite two are DraftKings, PrizePiks, and FanDuel in that order. At least those apps are user friendly and provide a smoother customer experience. Caesar’s needs to get their stuff together.

This app is absolute garbage. You’ll try to add bets to a parlay and then get an error message deleting your whole betslip. FD or DK over these guys until they fix there app.

Whenever I try to use this app if I dont finish my slip in a certain timeframe the app sends out an error message and deletes any current slip that I was building. Without this one bug the app could easily be a 4.5 maybe 5

Today I made a same game parlay that had Ronald Acuna Jr. scoring a run and the Atlanta Braves winning by at least two runs. Both of those things happened. Yet, because the game was called after a rain delay and considered a Braves win before the top of the 9th could even be finished, Caesars voided the bet. And not only that, they don’t even refund voided bets. I mean, it’s one thing if they wanna void it when it was almost 100% guaranteed the bet was gonna be right if the Braves had not been delayed by rain and just got three more outs without giving up at least 8 runs. But it’s another thing that they don’t even refund voided bets. Plain and simple, that’s just stealing. Yeah, the bet technically wasn’t right, but it also wasn’t wrong. It was scored as void. I definitely don’t recommend using this app. Unless it changes, Caesars is absolutely and unequivocally not worth your time and money.

I enjoy the app a lot. But it is very frustrating having to start a 10 leg parlay over multiple times because of a error that wipes all the selections. 7 out of 10 this happens 🫤
