Please bring Caesar’s sportsbook app to Illinois
I want to want tier credits but this app is unacceptable. Deposits are a pain, withdrawals are even worse. Why do all these other states get the good app but Illinois gets this trash. It feels unfair to give this app 1 star. It deserves 0.

I tried placing a single bet and kept getting need authorization and it was never authorized. I’ve been using this app for one day and can see it was a huge mistake. Can’t wait until 3/6 and you can chose any app without being in person.

The app runs slow, at times to slow to place the bet you want. And not just a peak times or events. There are minimal prop bet options especially compared to other apps. When it’s running it’s slowest good luck placing any sort of bets. There are rarely promos. It’s sad that Caesar’s let’s there name be attached to this. The only reason I put up with it is because it links to my Caesar rewards. There have been no other positives. Please someone one at Caesar’s do something to help us in Illinois !!!!

I have used almost every gambling app available in Illinois, and this app is by far the worst. Not only is it not user-friendly and the support staff basically non-existent, the software takes bets without consent. Multiple times I have attempted to place a bet, and while the bet loads (loading screens can take up to 3 minutes), the line moves and it places the bet with the new line without my consent. I have attempted to contact support multiple times about this issue. I was given the run around and told there's nothing they can do. This practice has to be illegal since they are accepting line changes without my consent. Do not download this app unless you want a terrible betting experience and your money stolen!

This app is terrible. Used it in Michigan and it was fantastic. This is a completely different app and doesn’t function. Tried to reset my password and it gave me a number to text. I texted the number and it refers me back to the app which doesn’t allow me to reset my password. Will be taking my money to another book. STAY AWAY
