Digital Coupons not accessible
Why is it that the new weekly ad digital coupons are not accessible early Friday morning - the day the new weekly ad and coupons are effective? The grocery store opens at 7AM Friday and I’m ready to do my shopping but can’t because there are items I want this week that have digital coupons that won’t be accessible until who knows when, later today. SO ANNOYING. ALSO-there has been noticeable “shrinkflation” on the BONUS GO POINTS offers in the weekly ads. So very disappointing.

I am so turned off by the buy two get one free type of ads. For instance, who is going to buy and use three containers of strawberries ? just sell them for two for five dollars or what have you it would just make so much more sense I’ve gone out of my way to do shopping at a store that has priced items in that way.

I’ve not had issues with my username & login using the app. After the latest update, it now says my login credentials are incorrect! I place an order at least once per month. No way what I’ve been inputting for all previous orders are incorrect. What’s going on??? I do t want to create another account and lose all my points and past purchases. Please fix ASAP! I need to place an order now!

Many a time when we see an item of sale price it would not scan at the register. The sale coupons is not a shopper’s friendly application. Many time we don’t purchase cause it’s on sale and the cash register doesn’t display or charge the sale price. The cashier have to come and override by scanning their card and code.

Very frustrating that the new weeks deals are only available starting at 9 am on Friday YET for a 9 am pickup you cannot change your order from 7am on! Therefore trying to buy things on sale is a shot in the dark. It would be very helpful if once my pickup time is selected I only see deals for that specific date! Other than that the app has saved me from having to shop in store as well as have an easier time meal planning
