Cumbersome and not intuitive
Digital coupons don’t show up at checkout when loaded. Why do I have to load any digital coupon in the store.??? They should already be loaded. Didn’t even have the vitamin coupon that was plainly display in the store. It took me three tries to load it in the app- and then it didn’t come off my receipt when I checked out…after making sure that I gave the checkout person my phone number.. Had to sign in three times in the same session- every time I checked for the digital coupon. Receipt did not show up. And coupon though loaded in the app did not come off my receipt.

I like the ease of shopping online and having my groceries delivered. However do not like nor think its fair to charge a bag fee. This city is allowing merchants to rob its residents. When stores figure prices out bags are part of the decision so the merchant can identify their final price to the customer. This is double dipping and completely unfair to Philadelphia residents. A large corporation such as Shop Rite should not charge a bag fee. I feel bad for senior citizens that need groceries delivered and have to pay this fee.

Every time I try to order the time to select groceries and pay is way way way too short!! I couldn’t finish. And there’s no more available time slots today. Terrible. I hate using this but sometimes I’m stuck at work. I may have to find another service

I would’ve given it five stars but the main issue I have is sometimes there is a three day only sale, and when the items are put in the cart during that period, they show up as the regular price not the three day sale price and there’s been times when I was charged the regular price on the receipt even though I was told when I called up, gotta check out the discount will apply.

Unlike instacart the ShopRite app rushes the user to place a delivery order within a certain time period or lose their delivery time slot. Either allow me to secure the time slot first by pre authorizing my card; or give me more time to shop; or let me add to my order after securing the slot

I had recipes saved in the favorites section of the recipe shop. The new update came along and changed the look of the recipe shop and took away the favorites. I’m having a hard time remembering the names of the recipes I saved!
