Just downloaded your App. I started searching for wide shoes. I have difficulty finding wide with Arch support shoes. I see my size in Medium with. I Tried to contact Sketchers. The app’s Help section or the home page doesn’t provide a phone number or a link. Furthermore, It also doesn’t provide whether the app credits or applies to in store purchases to my account.

Can’t see my orders. Come on…
5 stars for Sketchers, but the app is a waste of time and space. A. It does not go to landscape mode on iPad B. It did not show me any of the sales/prices advertised on the email I received today. C. Even tho I signed in, it did not recognize me. I’m taking it off my iPad till it is fixed.
Would be helpful if the app turned to landscape (horizontal) mode for those of us who like to browse using an iPad. It’s very hard to use when the only option is portrait mode.
Auto Brightness is horrible.
I can’t enjoy looking for items because app forces 100% brightness. I understand for a barcode for the brightness to go up, but the whole app, silly.
App does not display the Oder tracking number
I could not find where the tracking number of my order in the App. When I login to my account via the web, it displays the tracking number at the bottom of each order.
Need Bug Fixes
Hey guys your app looks great but needs a few bug fixes. I’ve had issues with the shopping cart loading properly to the my recent orders page saying no orders, until I reload app a few times. Also sometimes when I put in a promo code the screen then loads longer than half a minute and says error.
