Good app need improve
It’s a good app. I really like most of the navigation is really easy, but I just wish they had where you can see the installation and you can see more photo what comes with the box instead of doing a research in the Internet.

Says it’s below the minimum version number and asks to update the app but there’s no option to update the app, app is useless as of 3/19/2024 can’t go in to check orders or purchase products.
Horrible Shipping Partner and Even Worst Order/Customer Support!!!
I have spent thousands with Samsung, and it always has been a pleasurable experience. This time, my package was delayed because of the lackluster care and services of AGS (Samsung’s chosen shipping partner). I called Samsung order support, requesting information on the canceling order process since I had to leave for work and was not available to receive the delivery whenever AGS found it convenient to deliver. The Samsung rep on the phone advised me she would check the status of the delivery shipping partner (AGS). She told the shipping partner, AGS, that I wanted the delivery canceled. I did not want the delivery canceled, but the process of cancellation of this order was since the order was two weeks delayed. I wanted to decide, as a paying customer, not grant her my power of attorney. Then, she abruptly disconnected that call. I called back, and another rep told me to call the police. What is the police going to do when the order was never delivered!? My goodness. This rep also disconnected the call abruptly. This is horrible management of customer service by Samsung’s side. This is an unacceptable, disgusting, and disrespectful way to treat your paying customers. I am disappointed. Samsung, you should highly consider investing in better customer support. Your customers are the most critical asset of your company. American Express is the golden standard for customer service; maybe take a page out of their book and treat your customers better. Delays happen, life happens, communication and who your brand associates with is a choice, which you, Samsung, failed at this time.

Do not waste your time because I do not trust this app for nothing.I paid for a tv using Apple Pay and yet it stays right there by saying some of your information is incorrect and after reviewing my information I knew everything was correct.That’s scary and they said they do not see the order so how messed up is that.Staying with LG.I could go on and on about this app and website.Be warned
