They do automatic substitutions I wanted king size got a message that all of the products I ordered were not in stock and I got queen. I cancelled immediately. Now Fedex keeps trying to deliver, delaying my refund. I had to order items from another store! The actual store can bot help online customers! Ashley online is a complete mess!! You cannot get anyone that speaks clear english or knows what they are doing!🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😡😭😭😭
the worst place to buy furniture
If you are going to buy furniture, do not do it here, this is the worst furniture store I could have trusted, it turns out that if you buy the furniture here and you do not like the color, they will not change it nor can you return it, very disappointed and dissatisfied, I plan to put a claim to my bank

Great customer service today
Walked in the Hoover location to look for living room suit and was greated by Terry. Nice young man, who walked us thru several options before we decided on the Amiata Leather sofa, chair and ottoman. Terry was very helpful in helping my husband and I pick the best set for what we needed. Thank You Terry for be not only a professional but having great Customer Service. U made our experience a lovely one. That’s why we only shop at Ashley Furniture. Can not wait to get it delivered so we can enjoy a beautiful comfy furniture.
Can’t login
I’ve had the Ashley’s app for over a year now. It always signs me out and then says my password is wrong. When I go in to reset my password the verification email never goes through. I’ve checked spam/trash and still nothing. It’s definitely annoying. I like the furniture though :)

Customer Care is Awful
I would leave zero stars if it were possible. We purchased a couch and after 6 months the fabric completely loosened and waved. We purchased a warranty with the couch however the customer care team is completely useless as they said this was “normal wear and tear”. I’ve bought couches from wayfair that hold up better. The store managers and customer care team do not work cohesively and give conflicting information to the customers when issues with their product arise. The store will sell you a “warranty” and say it covers everything under the sun but when you go to excercise the warranty, they will defer to customer care who will then argue that the incident is not covered. Horrible customer service, and lack of integrity in their business model and product.
