Doesn’t save your “sort & filter” selections
When you use the Sort & Filter under Departments, it doesn’t save your selections after you click Apple Filters and refresh.
Poor service
Used to be a great way to get groceries however they removed the ability to leave driver reviews. Now the drivers seem to be haphazard in their quality of service, at best. I no longer recommend this app and will be looking for an alternative.
Full of bugs
Was prompted to use this app by a Puerto Rico print advertisement, produced by this company, which claimed I could use the app to place an online order at their local store. The app is very buggy (multiple steps in the process had error messages, technical difficulties, etc). And it was impossible to use this with their Puerto Rico stores.
Music
Please stop playing music in the stores. I’m in Southern California and all they play is Spanish music. This is America. Please stop the Spanish music or turn it all off. I have heard so many people complain, and the employees say they get complaints all the time. It is really annoying to the point I may stop shopping there, and I really love Ralphs. English is the language in this country. Please stop. I would rather have silence.
Sign in failure
I was using the app to do most of my grocery shopping. Everything was great until the recent update, where they won’t let me sign in unless I allow them to track my information with other apps. I hope this is just a bug, because this is very concerning to me.
Payment
When will this app accept Apple Pay or Google Pay? It took your stores years to bring the system up to date and begin accepting Apple Pay, and now the app is following suit. I don’t want my card info saved on the site, so I have to reenter whenever I want to order. I’d order more frequently if y’all were in the 21st century with your payment options allowing for smoother checkout. I’ll continue to shop Vons and other stores until you decide to catchup.
What the heck?! 109MB?
To the point: - overall this app is helpful as I use it all the time now. Mainly for the digital coupons and to see what’s on sale. Save a tree. - sometimes this app is slow or crashes. Especially in the store. - Iverall download size and resources are high. - today sitting in the parking lot to go in the store. UPDATE THE APP. - huh? Yeah. Time to update the app. I don’t want to update the app I want to go shopping. NO but Really! Update the APP! What?!! OK put it this way… guess what update the app NOW because we are blocking you and now you cannot use the app. OK. Guess I’m updating the app on my cell data now instead of Wi-Fi. Go to the download/upload—/ 109MB?? Write something in code saying heads up as of so and so date you must update the app. Or something - not 100% clear on easy buttons to - see all coupons - see All your clipped coupons - see where the item is - make a pre shopping list so when you go in you know what you are looking for and maybe a checkbox - not just add to cart - have to find clipped coupons etc and on sale items. Very scattered.
