SCAMMMMMMM!!! they tell you everything has shipped but i got the package and the box was falling apart they didn’t send me two of the items and i wouldn’t be surprised if my items fell out of the awful box. Also good luck getting ahold of a real human to try to get your money back because there isn’t any so they basiclly just stole my money.
Gift Certificates Don’t Workon App/Bait & Switch/Worst Customer Service Ever
Nasty Gal is issuing Gift Certificates that can’t be used on their app as it has too many characters than the app accepts. Next, they did a bait and switch offering a discount code “OMG” for an additional 20% off of purchase. I tried to use the gift certificate I was gifted on the App at checkout and the App would not accept it, as it had too many characters. So their own app would not accept the gift card they sold. They told me to “try it on the online site.” When I went online it would not honor the “OMG” gift code from the App and the balance was a lot more than the balance on the App. I tried to contact Nasty and could only make virtual contact. At least 5 different people were responding and NO ONE addressed my issue. I wasted hours over the past 3 days trying to address this, hoping my items wouldn’t sell out before the issue was resolved. Nasty Gal never resolved my issue and I’m sitting here with a gift certificate sold by them that does not work on their app and I’m being blown off. Perhaps this is why their was previously a class action lawsuit as this is how the do business. I requested a supervisor in the end. I’ll be lucky if I hear from one. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
The worse customer service
My package got lost, what I just got after almost $60? Just a message that it said that I have to contact the store regarding these issue, and they don’t have any option to solve this, waste of money, you’re order isn’t safe with this store. I work in a restaurant which address I used for the delivery, I was by the door in the exact time they said they delivered, I’m a host, I didn’t move the whole entire time from there and my package got lost!! Where? lol it’s funny the whole story. The delivery people and the store are together in this scam.

This company is a scam
They do not let you alter or cancel orders even if they haven’t been shipped yet. Customer service is terrible and uncooperative. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
