Absolutely hate the app. Nothing works on there can’t even load properly. Going on the website on your bleeping Safari browser works way better than downloading this entire app. Can’t keep me signed and can’t load my likes, can’t load my cart. Do not like the app. I love the store itself. I have to go in person if I wanna buy anything or go on the entire website on my laptop.

I had ordered a shirt from this app and put in all my information and everything correctly only to have my order not delivered to me and it end up in some random warehouse that’s not even in my city and I won’t even be able to get a refund because there is no way to get in contact with cotton on to help me fix the situation of either giving me my shirt or giving me my money back

Ordered a denim jacket, purchase was no issues. Everything was confirmed. A month later there’s no update, no tracking. So I contacted customer service and then says it was sold out. Like? Ridiculous. No updates at least to notify the customer that the item got sold out even if “PURCHASE WAS CONFIRMED AND PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED ON MY END”. Full of ambition this company to attempt stealing money from a form of fraud transactions.

I use CottonOn mostly to buy clothes for my children. After being prompted to download the app from the website, I thought it might be easier. Unfortunately, there’s no tab for the kids section, and finding kids clothes is extremely difficult. App should be updated to include all categories the website offers.
