so awful to navigate
the user flows are genuinely so bad for this app. you cant filter/sort categories, searching 'jeans' for some reason throws in tops into the results, and when i select certain colors on jeans the color options in the bar straight up disappear or arent linked through? pls hire a designer or smth this app is genuinely so awful to navigate thru and idk how there are so many positive reviews

Never in my life have a seen an app run as poorly as this one. It lags for minutes every time you click anywhere, the clothes are cute but it’s nearly impossible to shop on their app without growing increasingly frustrated. Please fix this. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m honestly shocked the app hasn’t just crashed and put me back at my Home Screen yet. It’s terribly slow.

Nothing on this app works! It’s not letting me return my clothes- which were VERY low quality for the price I paid- and it keeps saying “Order not Found” when I input the order number. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and neither have been answered. The time is almost up before I can still return it and I don’t want to be stuck with crappy quality clothes that costed me $300! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. literally just thrift. edit: Well I figured out how to refund… cost me $27 but shouldn’t have trusted a shady company I found on Instagram. I had to Google their old refund service “Rebound” because their new one, “Loop”, doesn’t work AT ALL. save yourself the pain and $27 girlies.

Not sure why but I’ve always had a difficult time shopping on the app because of how slow and often it glitches while I’m browsing. I’ve tried to use the app for 3 years but always end up going to the website (which, is more expensive in in the U.S.)
