Great store!! I have one suggestion for the app. LISTS: You should be able to “check” or “uncheck” items on a list & then add ONLY the items that are selected (one way or another) to the shopping cart or to another list. For example - I have created an extensive list for “commonly needed items.” Using this list, I want to be able to select ONLY the items I need right now and add them to my cart. Currently, there is no way to add only select items from a list to either the shopping cart or another list. No matter what you do - ALL the items from the list are added to the shopping cart or other list. Also - there should be a notification of some sort that lets you know if you’re adding an item to a list that’s ALREADY on the list. (Check out an app called “Our Groceries” - it functions PERFECTLY!! ) The HEB app is almost there….but not quite.

Not cool that you can’t review products/brands that are only sold at HEB. Make it more like the target app, easier to switch around pages.

For YEARS now, I’m constantly having problems adding new debit cards or when checking out it give me an error message stating my card could not be authorized when clearly I have money in my bank. If target app can get it together why can’t you!

I have started using HEB and I just had to write a review. The pharmacist and staff are pleasant, and customer service is great! The pharmacist will go ahead and apply savings coupons to prescriptions if warranted which is a huge and much appreciated change from our last pharmacy. Also the pharmacist will call insurance if there are issues to expedite processing the prescription. Wow! And today, I was out a very much needed injectable prescription and the Huntsville HEB was too but they communicated with HEB in Willis and we got it filled today before the weekend! This pharmacy needed to be applauded for their job!

The pharmacy portion of this app doesn’t list the information that I used the old app for the most—the date I last filled a particular prescription. It was also easier to navigate for multiple family members. The grocery portion of the app would be better if it was easier to change the store I am shopping in. Every week I’m in at least 3 HEBs depending on what part of town I am in.
