Needs some maintenance
This app has gone way beyond its rated mileage. Someone needs to rotate this app and check the tread depth. I found it tricky to get an appointment set. It also was strange it would not accept some basic punctuation like commas and apostrophes. It did take hyphens though so that’s… weird. Anyway, yeah, this app needs a bit of love and care. Not an overhaul per se, just someone from the dev team should take a quick look and spruce it up a little.

The app rarely is able to find stores. The ability to track my repair progress is great however, trying to make an appointment at a store that is t your “regular” location is difficult at best.

Money you spend on tires and they can even get an app right to help with convenience of customers everyday lives. Mind blowing. Went to schedule and appt for a tire rotation and the app cannot find my location so in turn it cannot pull up stores.

Tried using their app because the mobile browser is not very user friendly. Well the app just directs you straight to the browser anyway, and somehow causes it to operate even worse. Save your time don’t download.

You would think they were trying not to sell you tires. I find other tire store apps and websites that are much easier to find your tires and check different sizes that will fit all my vehicles. Why would you make it so hard to find tires especially tires that aren’t stock size (4 of my work trucks are lifted). I’ve just started buying my tires elsewhere after 30+ years buying them here I don’t have time to go stand in line in the store every time I need tires for one of our vehicles.
