Doesn’t work
App still won’t open even after updates, restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling app. Opens to store locator screen and gives “oops system unavailable” error regardless of what you click or try to type. My phone is iPhone 15 pro. This error is something with Michael’s on the iPhone because even if I open an email from Michael’s on my phone and click links in the email I get a similar “you don’t have permission to access Michael’s.com”

Never fails: I’m browsing and I see something I like. Open up the item and it’s SOLD OUT. So why is it still in the list?! Saw a push notification today about a sale. I figured I’d browse it a bit, but I keep clicking on things that are no longer available. Wasted too much time on this, so now I’m irritated and not even interested in your sale anymore. I’ve also been tricked by your inventory management system too many times. I see an item I like, go to that store to pick it up, and it’s not there. No thanks, I’m done. I’ll stick with Amazon.

App wants my location but has a place to enter zip code, yet it starts searching before you complete the zip code or city. Cannot bypass this locator screen. App is useless! Cannot report the issue to their support team.

United StatesAnother Garbage Store App
Nothing works. Not the store locator, not the sign-in/password reset, not the sign-up (because the app refuses to let me into the account I already have), product searches are inaccurate and when it used to let me log in it never wanted to load coupons. GARBAGE just give me printed store flyers/coupons if you can’t be bothered making a functional app.

This app repeatedly says Oops system not available try again later. It’s been doing this for about a month and a half. I have an apple 14 pro max phone that is up-to-date. I have deleted the app reinstalled the app tried multiple things nothing fixes it. I can’t even go to Michael’s customer service to ask about it because it tells me access is denied. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks

Why can’t I get past the “find a store” page? It seems that I have to do this before I can even use the app. Visited Michael’s store and a sales person tried to do it, but had the same issue with it. Same message: Oops couldn’t….try again later.
