Will you PLEASE stop updating over and over again and making the past app unusable. I'm tired of walking into the store and finding that your app is frozen and I can't use digital coupons. Enough already!
Incompetent
I went to this location on the way home to get a birthday cake and was ill received by the two workers behind the counter only to find out they can’t help me. Not only could they not write a name on the cake because they didn’t “know how” but was the store “policy” that I couldn’t write my wife’s name on the cake because they couldn’t have me handle anything over the counter, I simply left. If you’re going to hire people to work in a department, make sure they know how to meet the standards. Worst experience ever. I’ll never return!
Great service, bad app
I love using the pick up feature for my groceries, it’s so fast and convenient. I’m absolutely sold on this new way of shopping and if the app worked better this would be a 5 star review. However, this app has a number of issues that sometimes make it un-usable. I’ll name the biggest two I’ve encountered: 1, sometimes images don’t load for the products. I don’t have every brand memorized and I need to be able to see what I’m buying. 2, I can’t add a new card. Whenever I try to add a new credit card I get the forever loading wheel. Ive tried logging and and re-downloading the app and it didn’t work. My credit card on file is going to expire soon and when that happens I’ll be unable to use the pickup feature since I’ll have no way of paying. If I can’t figure out how to fix this I’ll have to start doing all my shopping somewhere else and using their pickup feature instead, which is unfortunate because I like King Soopers and it’s closest to where I live. I hope someone sees this and fixes these problems.
Terrible App Design
This app is a maze with non-intuitive screen layouts, nested menus, and lack of UX. Highly recommend adjusting the IA and integrating weekly deals/coupons better. Also, creating a better delineation between shopping channels between digital and brick and mortar.

Unusable, can’t click on deals
Their weekly print ad usually has one or two items at least that I would like to pick up. This week when I click on the sale items of interest, it goes to another screen, which is not scrollable, and on which whatever button might be there to allow me to buy, the item is not visible. Total fail.
