I’ve tried all ways (apps and pc) and it generates an error when I try to add payment method. Would love to submit my grocery order! Called customer service and spent way to long listening to flute music. Finally gave up. Back to Harris Teeter!

Every time I go to add the digital coupons to my account the coupon section of the app is experiencing “technical difficulties” and I’m told to try back later. This is almost ALWAYS the case. Is it legal to offer coupons in a print ad that can’t even be accessed digitally?! I’ve never left an app review before, but this madness has brought me here.

It doesn’t seem to matter no matter when I use this app if I add something and whether it’s one thing or a few things and I update it it goes through the update my cart deal, then I want to add something else or a couple more things I can add it, but the wheel just spins and spins and spins I have to go completely out of app. Wait five minutes go back in. It’s a total pain in the butt, and they keep adjusting my tip based on a percentage of the total cost. I want to control the tip. You gotta watch it because they keep re-adding it. I hate this app.
