All Ruined by Recent Update
This app used be extremely helpful, showing prescriptions as “In Progress” as soon as the order was sent from the doctor. Now, it shows nothing while the browser site shows “In Progress” orders. This update makes the app useless and you are better off using the browser version.

I haven’t used the app in a while. When I logged in, I received a screen listing upgrades and asking if I wanted to proceed. It asked me to confirm my email and then I received an page with HTML. Embedded in the HTML was the message “CheckAccountRegisterStatusFailed”. The app is now effectively unless since I can’t get passed this issue. PS: app support doesn’t exist for this pharmacy app. When you follow the links to report an issue, you end up on a blank page!

You guys have destroyed this app with your last few updates. It no longer has biometric login and the information it shows is different from what I see when I am logged into the website. For example, right now desktop website shows prescription “in progress” the app shows nothing. I don’t understand why you made these changes, so frustrating.

I have used the Giant RX app for years very successfully with no issues for my family. I can no longer log is as I seem to be caught in an “Error” loop. Very frustrating. Especially as I have a special needs adult son on several medications. I now can’t see who’s RX is ready as the phone text only tells me someone in my home has a prescription ready.

Horrible app. Crashes every time I try to open it. They just added the delivery feature, but no way to enter an address - they delivered my meds to 4-year old address, even though the food app has my correct address. Tried to contact Tech Support, just got customer service who knew nothing about the app or how to forward a complaint. Worthless. Get some experienced developers and fix this thing!

The GiantPharmacy app was once a reliable tool for managing prescriptions and accessing pharmacy services conveniently. However, recent updates implemented since March have left much to be desired. Previously seamless features such as password saving and biometric login are now either inconsistent or altogether absent. It’s baffling how basic functionalities have been compromised, seemingly to prioritize the addition of an in-app payment option. While the introduction of new features can enhance user experience, it should not come at the expense of the app’s fundamental usability. The frustration of having to repeatedly enter login credentials outweighs any convenience gained from the new payment feature. GiantPharmacy developers need to reassess their priorities and focus on restoring the app’s core functionalities to their former reliability. Users expect updates to enhance, not hinder, their experience. Until these issues are addressed, the GiantPharmacy app falls short of its once commendable reputation.
