This app is horrible. I been trying to cancel my coverage that I’ve never used for the last three years. I don’t even live in the state anymore. I’ve tried on this app and I’ve called repeatedly. Now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars of a tax bill because they won’t do their job.

You can only submit documents through the app. There is no other option unless mailing them directly. I thought they made this app to make everything more convenient. I can’t even login from the app. It keeps on giving me a white screen that says redirecting. Login on through the website is completely fine but it shows even less options then the app???
