Great quality sweat pants, but questionable shirt smell.
Ordered a mystery sweatpants order and it was amazing, quality was great, and everything was fine. But when I received my kooleen merch t shirt it had a very pungent order to it that took three washes to get rid of. Donāt know if it was a one time thing or something, but I was pretty disappointed when I got her merch :(

Said 5-7 says to ship. Itās been 2 months and I still havenāt received my package. It was 1 item. After a few weeks, I contacted customer service and they said to expect another week or so - totally fine. But now itās been 2 monthsā¦ā¦ :(

The mystery shirts are good quality, but be prepared to get 4 of the exact same shirt, I did! And customer service will only offer a 25% off code, not any kind of resolution. I have the rest of the shirts away and wonāt be ordering again!
