I made an account a long time ago since my bf wanted some stuff. I only logged in once. I’ve been meaning to buy him some cross earrings from there but now when I try to sign in it keeps saying the password is wrong so I tried with one of my older emails but it kept switching to the one I put in first. I pressed the “forgot password” and haven’t received an email. I can’t make a new account since i still have the same number. Honestly why have an app that you can’t even sign into🙄

It won’t even let me login. I verify my email like it tells me, I’ve tried it with two separate emails at this point, but when I go back to the app it says there’s an error or no stash points found or something. Very frustrating that I’m doing the steps it’s telling me and still won’t let me use the app. Please fix this so I can shop on the app instead of driving 30 minutes to the nearest zumiez
