Glitchy
The buttons on the App constantly glitch, you can’t select them, none of the buttons work. I’ve tried resetting the app, restarting the iPad, reloading the app. Only works maybe 1/10 the time. Makes it difficult to complete work orders and upload turn photos.

Our company uses this app- IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY IT IS NOT!!!! Stay away. Too many steps for a simple task to be assigned. It’s a headache. Also- it glitches a lot

Stay away. I’m glad our company has decided to replace this app soon. Lols good and clean cut put performance is terrible. This app needs good coders to go over it and it would be better. Times out while you are using it and doesn’t notify you then all you have entered in is gone. Completely. So get ready to: enter. Copy. Paste. enter repeat. It loads so slow it can’t complete many and it gets stuck. Look at how many updates they’ve done in 4 years. Few. So probably not going to get better. No auto populate on things you double enter either like cost and price. Get good coders to build these apps so they function smoothly and correctly.

This app is not use friendly. Major Fail when using and needing different options or tasks needing to be completed and not allowing fluidity of a seamless and well designed software to smoothly get you there too the work needing to be done, crashing then once the report or picture is uploaded to an account trying to access another option of reports or documentation needed it goes to the beginning having to resubmit the same property options, this is annoying when you have multiple properties and hundreds of tenants in those Separate properties. SO FRUSTRATING! REDESIGN THIS APP AND HIRE A NEW DEVELOPER BEC IT'S NOTHING BUT A MAJOR HEADACHE AND SET BACK IN DAILY PROGRESS OF OBJECTIVES IT JUST CAN NOT PROVIDE AT ALL, IN A TIMELY AND EASY TO USE DESIGN. IF IT'S FIXED I WILL REWRITE MY OPINION BUT AS FOR TODAY; I HATE THIS APP I'M FORCED TO USE! I want to pull my freaking hair out of my head and eat dirt instead of dealing with this on a daily and hourly basis while on the Properties. Sorry RM In all other aspects you are top notch but this is as flimsy as a cheap lawn chair during a Clarence sale in winter. Best of luck in the future And best of luck to me for having the patients to continue to despise only THIS PART of my job and praying it can only get better some day, hopefully for my sake and mental health it hasn't been soon enough. This is why I am writing this because it just needs to start over and spend the money to make something great for your long time customers who have been with this company and have stayed with the company because of the great service And amazing software provided on my PC. I hope "this" gets the cobwebs from the forgotten caves up in the higher ups and see this is by far killing the business as a whole and makes the company look like they are mediocre at best, when I know this is not the standard of this company and shouldn't be putting something out they haven't tried using in the environment for which it is intended and think it is a good product to represent thier company. Come on, we deserve better! I hope this doesn't hurt any felony's in just a use And very unhappy I am forced to use this crap to make my job easier when in fact it creates more work and time trying to do it on the Properties then having to re do it at my office on the PC with the RM software. Just ridiculous!
