Dumbed down
New update can’t see any details without pro device. Is it a Tx or rx? Any unclaimed new device I can’t tell. Roll it back to 2023 so it useful again
The mobile app is even worse than browser app
Control 4, SnapAV & OvrC are god awful. Nothing works ever! They promise features for years & never deliver. Latest Firmware updates had to be rolled back. DO BETTER!!!
It’s getting worse
The new update is horrible. It’s barely usable on the phone now!
Bad
It seems like this is an app that just shows the web version of the website. It doesn’t login at all even if you are in putting the correct username and password, nothing at all happens when you click login. It’s as if the page is completely broken.
OVRC Not Usable at this time with app.
Would be great if app goes back to the way it was until issues are sorted out. also can’t remove rooms from settings.

I don’t normally submit reviews but this last update is pretty bad. Please just use words and not symbols/colors. This is a utility - not a dating app. It doesn’t need to be cute. Just useful. Please just put the site devices on the landing page after selecting the site/customer. I know where my customers are how to get in touch with them - I dont need to see their address and phone number. Which reminds me - I’m not *ever* going to give you guys my customers contact info, so please don’t ask for a phone number.
App interface update is terrible
The most recent update that changed the app interface is terrible. It makes the app far more challenging to use than it should be. The mobile app should be straight forward and simple to use like it has been. The app doesn’t need to mirror the web browser.
