Consistently getting locked out
I’ve been in my new building for two days and because of this app or because of my building I’ve been locked out now multiple times. I have both a pin and the app Neither work. What a mess.

Butterfly entrance is easy to use from uploading app to finger swipe to open. It even works wherever you are. Even if you aren’t home you can still let someone in to unlock door or for packages to be delivered.

My apartment complex added me to this app, but no matter how many different doors people use. I can’t buzz them in. I’ve had my account reset. I’ve had my app deleted and reinstalled and still people cannot get into the elevators when I unlock them. They cannot get into the doors when I unlock them. I’m not sure what this supposed to do, but I can tell you that it’s not unlocking doors and it’s not giving access to visitors that I need to give access to.

The opening animation wastes a good 3-4 seconds, getting to the unlock function should be seamless. Bad UX design.
