App Crashes
The app is generally good but it instantly crashes when I delete messages in the Message Center.
Fiber optic nightmare!
I am not a satisfied customer at this time! My fiber-WiFi service has gone out 7 times in last 4 days! Tech came and checked the cable, connections and all tested good! He cleaned the contacts and I went through the the Resetting of the white tower (Fiber Box : Red light Flashing = no service; and, White Light is Good). Went through this process the last 6 times I called in the past 72 hours… the system returned to service…. Technician left (5:00pm 3/15/24) and worked through the night. At 11:00AM, 3/16/24, Red Light Flashing Again!!!! Reset the system AGAIN!!! And it came back on - working ! Not Satisfied with this system! The problem has been the fiber cable outside the house; this has been an ongoing problem since the Cable was switched to Fiber!!’ Records will show that I called at least 6 times since the Fiber cable Installation… the cable was replaced last time; was good for a few months; but, it is NOT good now! I am NOT a Satisfied Customer!!! Joe B
Good……at first!
Worked great with first hub. Unfortunately that hub malfunctioned within 3 weeks! Now on replacement hub and smart home app hasn’t worked since! Customer service says it’ll take a day or two to recognize the new hub! This is day 4 and it still doesn’t work! Thinking about going back to my old provider! At least you got what you paid for!😡
Deleting Messages Causes App To Close
Home manager was working great when I first began using it and would have received 5 stars if not for the fact that the app closes each time a message is deleted making it necessary to open the app again and again for each message I delete.

Worthless
Been trying to use the app since I got the internet service. In app speed test doesn’t load, connected device always shows “looks like we’re having trouble”, and the app states “I’m not on AT&T gateway” when trying to find weak point in WiFi. Worthless app ! Just use third party apps sadly to get reliable services.
