Can’t save the videos
You have to give access to your full album otherwise you can’t get your photos or videos to your phone it did work a month ago

this app doesn’t connect to iphone photo album for easy file transfers. if you want to edit videos or photos you have to connect the camera which heats up the camera battery. the app is always crashing. file transfer is a nightmare always crashing and large videos forget it it doesn’t work. the customer service is not existent. this is a chinese company so they don’t have any laws in the us to adhere to.

Read the replies — they don’t respond to the comments made, it’s just soothing corporate happy-talk. What’s happening here is that they’re stealing all your data unnecessarily wherever they can, and constantly trying to upsell… All that instead of fixing bugs and crashes, and putting the *consumer*, who is already spent hundreds of dollars, first.

I updated the app just to make sure everything is working fine, and it’s been crashing everytime I open it. I restarted my phone, same issue. Never had a problem before this update. I need this for a video shoot in a few hours. I don’t know what to do.

Very solid app with just a few complaints. Recent updates seem to have omitted a couple of features that I literally had a week ago. Sometimes it can be sluggish.

Video quality is awesome, overall I love the Insta. However it is difficult to edit your videos which forces me to use the auto edit….This causes me to lose a lot of great video and memories. Please simplify this….especially for us old folks.
