App crush on permission request page
Unfortunately, the app doesn't work on the iPhone 15 pro Max, specifically the latest version of iOS. The problem is not being able to bypass the permission request page and allow access to the album and location It's been weeks since my work stopped and the inability to use the drone in filming because of the problem I mentioned earlier. I ask the developer to quickly solve the problem
Does not work on iPhone 15
This is trash, I bought a drone and I can't use it because the app doesn't work with iPhone 15
Remote control will not link to the Mavic pro
I have tried DJI support and they give me a frequently asked question checklist about another drone even though I gave them my serial number and remote controller serial number. Poor support. My Mavic pro still does not link . I have tried YouTube without success, and I think there is an issue with the system. I will not buy DJI again if I can get away with a product that has better support. I have downloaded the most recent DJI GO 4 app, and my iPhone does support that app but once again, the controller does not link to the drone.
Updates are a doom loop
I can’t believe how utterly terrible this app is with regards to getting “Fly Safe” updates. You have two choices: 1) constantly switch Wi-Fi networks between your home Wi-Fi and the drone Wi-Fi, or 2) burn through a TON of cellular data. It is maddening how clumsy the process is. The app will not even check for updates unless it is connected (via Wi-Fi) to the drone, but then to use your home Wi-Fi you have to manually switch networks in the iOS settings in order to download the updates. Then manually switch back to the drone network… And—even worse—DJI doesn’t compile updates; you have to update each one individually. That means if you haven’t updated (or flown) in a few months it will force you to download and update each one individually, performing the network swap each time. As I wrote this I’m in a room loop of having switched networks literally two dozen times, with no sign of finishing. I cannot believe that a company that makes such great tangible products dumps such awful software onto their customers.
App constantly crashing
I use this app with my DJI Spark and every time I take a photo my drone becomes disconnected and the app crashes. This makes the drone basically unusable for photography. Fix the app please.
They changed app and now drone won’t load pics on app still after months.
This is so ridiculous
DJI mavic 2
Still won’t load pics on the the app after update.
