Piece of junk won’t stop spinning on pan axis. Had the gimbal partially working one time. Horrible customer service. App is junk. A waste of my money. Constant waste of my time. Time to shop for a crane.

I have the Ronin SC and it has a tough time connecting to the app through bluetooth…i tried every possible solution i can find on y’all website NOTHINGS working.. tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried turning my phone off and back on etc.. idk what can be the case with this problem but i feel like i wasted $200 for sure.

If you want pros to buy your stuff, then have professional (robust & redundant) solutions for configuring and calibrating your products. Poorly written apps are not the way.

I just bought. Canon rp. Then dji rsc2 and then zoom motor and then raveneye. I mainly wanted tracking. The hardware is great but the software isn’t up to dji’s reputation. Settings do not stick. I turn on joystick and it works for a bit then it vanishes. Same with other settings they don’t stick. Many things do not work. Exposure shows on bottom of remote display but usually do not work. Sometimes iso works. Once I had shutter and iso work bit fstop didn’t change. Those things I could change did not stick. It’s so depressing I’m thinking of sending all the dji stuff back to Amazon for a refund. I’ve owned several dji drones over the years and I’m not used to BAD software. So why is this??????? RTing of 2.8. Of five stars? Means no one else is happy either.

DJI you guys are incredible with the drones but this is a disaster! The tutorial videos in the app are terrible. I can’t even find these on YouTube. It also doesn’t even allow you to view it in full screen. On top of that every time I try to balance it the app never gets past the loading screen!
