I have not been able to redeem any rewards although I have almost 20,000 points. The app says click to redeem but does not send the code to verify so you cannot redeem any points.

When you pay from within the app you still need to show the rewards QR code which is a major hassle and rarely works. So all the signing in and up and being authenticated which is displayed with your phone number showing up to identify you you need to extra step to get to the rewards. And as stated earlier mainly fails. So no rewards.

I haven’t been able to log in to collect my monthly rewards or see deals for months now I’ve deleted the app on several occasions and re- downloaded and still No access, however, I’m getting emails and can use my number at the register. I’d like to be able to collect my rewards and use them though I’m missing out on double points each time so I have t been getting my gas from speedway as often as I use to!

All my points mysteriously disappeared. I have been a loyal customer for so long, but you decided to delete all the points I worked hard to get. Once you accumulate enough points to start getting big ticket items, THEY TAKE IT AWAY! 😔 I’ll get gas elsewhere from now on!!
