Won’t let me use the pump smart. Says no card on file and when I put the card number in it says card already on file. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and it does the same thing. Worthless app!!

TA/petro has the best truck stop app. You can do everything you need. I really like that even if you don't have showers or points you can still purchase through the app. So convenient.

My truck information was lost and I have to enter it every time I want to make a parking reservation . Can’t make a shower reservation, there’s no arrow next to it. Works fine on my android tablet.

You take any type of vacation or break from trucking and they wipe your whole account. Can’t make a new account. You have to go through a long out of the way process to restore your old account where they take away all points. Some of us take winters off. Some of us take summers off to be with family. Etc. many reasons a driver make take a break. It’s a pain and hassle to go through the restore process every time. I personally hate TA’s but my company’s fuel card requires us to use TA so I’m stuck going through this circus every time.
