I’ve tried using this app three times in downtown Nashville and all three times it hasn’t worked. I go to scan the QR code when I leave, the sensor says “gate opening,” and nothing. The first two times, there was an attendant who helped open the gate. The third time, I had to pay an additional $40 to leave after already paying $17 on the app. Worse still, they don’t refund you in the app. Instead, you have to go back to the parking garage which forces you to pay them more. Terrible company. Even worse app.

The app itself will close out during use. It won’t let me change my payment. It’s horrible to maneuver around in the app itself. The reason I will get a parking ticket is because this app is so horribly created.

This company is the worst company I have every worked with. While on a weekend trip to nashville we parked in a premiere parking lot, used this app to park in the lot, per the instructions with all of the correct information. When we went to leave, there was a boot on the car, so we called the help number. The man who came to take the boot off the car had put the boot on the car a few hours previously despite the fact that the app still said we had over an hour left. The man tried to tell us he couldn’t see our payment go through and looked at my phone and tried to say it was the wrong app before admitting that he was actually in the wrong. He apologized for treating us so poorly and took the boot off the car and said he’d take care of reversing the ticket, but didn’t. We received a ticket in the mail for over $80 after already spending $40 to park there. This company is dishonest, hires dishonest people, and will do anything to screw you over. Save yourself the $ you’d spend on parking and just pay for the ticket because otherwise you’ll be paying for both.

The download speed of the app is absolutely horrible. It takes over 10 minutes for the app to download. The parking attendant confirmed that is the usual speed of the app to download. This app could definitely use some improvements.

Your locations outside the gulch in Nashville only had 1 rate, 20$ for parking until midnight. The parking lot is immediately outside restaurants and take up valuable space downtown. Not offering 2 hour parking is highway robbery, and forcing people to pay 20$ minimum when they are already going out to eat is a disgusting practice. The owners if these lots should be ashamed of themselves. I drove to 2 different locations (both lots max had 2 cars parked out of 60+ spaces) and both only offered the same rates. Terrible business, terrible people.
