The app crashes and closes a few seconds after it connects. I checked the Roav VIVA for updates to see if that could be the problem, and no updates were available. It received an update when I first purchased it in August 2022, but nothing since then. FYI: I have a iPhone 12 using iOS 16.1 PS Your email address didn’t work, and live chat isn’t live and a very unhelpful way to report problems
