Simple MPD client for iPhone
MPDPilot is a Music Player Daemon client for iPhone and iPad, focused on simplicity, easiness of use and great user experience. The app features: - control of server's playback state, volume level and outputs - management of the tracks queue - remote files browser - search songs in MPD database - automatic MPD server discovery with Bonjour - local playback of the MPD audio stream (on speakers, bluetooth headphones or AirPlay devices), given that streaming output is configured It requires MPD server to be up and running. Minor addition suggestion.
Would be nice to have "consume mode" setting for MPD enabled. May be placed next to Clear Playlist command. Should be easy to implement, just a command sent to the server and will add more control over the queue. Just a thought. :) In general it is a very good app. I often use it and it proved to be a reliable tool for streaming with MPD.
